Does the previous experience and profile of the peoples seem right for teleworking ?
This test assess the profile of the peoples concerned by the project of telework :
- candidates for telework,
- managerial staff of teleworkers
- teamwork and direct colleagues of teleworkers
The questions focus on seven subjects : motivation of the peoples, professional experience of teleworkers-to-be, self-ability to organise the work, autonomy, communication skill, customers relationship, management staff profile.
