This test assess the suitability of customers' equipment for tele-service activities. The questions focus on the following items : the level of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) equipment, the ICT use and the Internet use.

Level of ICT's equipment
The customer is well supplied with computer and telecommunications equipment The computerization of the customer is recent The customer is weakly supplied with computer and telecommunications equipment The computers of the customer are obsolete
ICT use
The customer use of a communicating information system is recent The customer use of a communicating information system is current and of long standing The customer use of a communicating information system is not frequent
Internet use
The customer doesn't use Internet The customer doesn't access to Internet The customer use e-mail to communicate with the providers and the partners
