Information for sponsors

Your Organization can become a sponsor or a general sponsor of the WISTCIS Outlook Conference "Information Society Priorities: New Prospects for European CIS Countries" to be held in November 20 - 21, 2003, in Moscow.

Sponsorship terms:

The general sponsor of the conference. The special-purpose contribution of US 5000$
• Provides placing a poster with the name of the organization-general sponsor in the hall where the conference will be held;
• Gives the opportunity of placing the logo of the organization-general sponsor in the hall where the conference will be held
• Provides that the logo of the organization-general sponsor shall be included in the printed program of the conference;
• Provides that information about the organization-general sponsor shall be included in the summing up materials of the conference and the documents sets handed out to the conference participants;
• Provides that the advertising information of the organization-general sponsor (1 page A4) shall be placed in the Association EDNES printed publication nearest in time;
• Provides that the advertising information of the organization-general sponsor shall be placed in the Association EDNES electronic publication nearest in time;
• Provides setting up a booth (a table or a stand) to advertise products of the organization-general sponsor and to distribute advertising matter and souvenirs.
• Provides participation of the organization-general sponsor representative in the reception given in honor of conference participants and giving him time to make a speech at the VIP-dinner on the completion of the conference.

• Provides placing advertising information of the organization-sponsor in the EDNES Association electronic publication nearest in time;
• Provides participation of organization-sponsor representative in the reception given in honor of conference participants.
